Terms of Service

These terms apply to Beeylo Business: the Beeylo app on the web, iOS and Android and the services behind it. Beeylo is offered by Beeylo, Rucphenseweg 38, 4882 KC Klein Zundert, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42050169. By using Beeylo you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

What Beeylo does

• You connect your own business mailbox. Beeylo reads the mail that comes in, shows what needs a reply, and prepares replies from what you wrote before and what you told Beeylo about your business.
• Beeylo never sends anything by itself. A reply goes out only when you press Send, from your own mailbox and in your own name.
• Beeylo does not pay, accept or cancel anything on your behalf.

Who Beeylo is for

• Beeylo is meant for use in your business or profession. You must be at least 18 years old.
• Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to use. If a mailbox belongs to your company, make sure you may connect it.
• One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. In a team, each member uses their own account.

What you send is yours

You decide what goes out. Read every reply before you press Send: you are responsible for the content of the mail you send, including prices, dates and promises in it, and for any files you attach.

AI can make mistakes

Beeylo uses AI to read your mail and prepare replies. AI can misread a message, miss a question or get a detail wrong, such as an amount, a date or a name. Beeylo marks what it is unsure about and leaves that to you, but it will not catch everything. Check what Beeylo shows you before you rely on it, especially amounts, due dates and anything you commit to.

Your contacts' details

The mail you receive contains details of your customers, suppliers and other contacts. For those details you are responsible under privacy law, and Beeylo processes them on your behalf: only to provide Beeylo to you, in the way described in our Privacy Policy, with the service providers listed there, and with the security measures described there. We keep them confidential, we help you when one of your contacts asks about their data, and we tell you without delay if a data breach affects them. When you delete your account, we delete them along with the rest of your data. The details are in our Data Processing Agreement (draft).

Fair use

You use Beeylo only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• use Beeylo to send spam or unwanted bulk mail;
• misuse the service, overload it, or bypass its security or limits;
• access mailboxes, accounts or data that are not yours;
• copy, reverse-engineer or resell Beeylo.

Test phase and availability

Beeylo Business is new and still being tested and developed. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or because something goes wrong. During this phase Beeylo is provided as is: we do our best, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Your mail always stays in your own mailbox, so you can keep working from there.

What it costs

Beeylo Business has two plans, both per user per month and excluding VAT: Starter at €39 with one mailbox, and Pro at €49 with multiple mailboxes, mailbox sharing with colleagues and a shared knowledge base. Both come with a free first week. We do not charge anything during the test phase. Before any payment starts, we will tell you the price, how payment and cancelling work, and when it begins, and you choose whether to continue.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost revenue, a missed deal or the consequences of a reply you sent. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Beeylo in the twelve months before the damage occurred. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness, or where the law does not allow them.

Stopping and deleting your account

• You can stop using Beeylo at any time. You can disconnect a mailbox in the app, after which Beeylo stops reading it.
• To delete your account and all data stored with it, open Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. Beeylo then deletes everything right away, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Without the app, use our account deletion page or email [email protected] with the subject "Account verwijderen" and we handle it within one month.
• We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Unless it is urgent, we tell you first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law requires otherwise.
