Welcome to Beeylo. These terms apply to the use of the Beeylo app and its related services. By using Beeylo you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
What Beeylo is
Beeylo pulls the important things out of your email inbox and lays them out clearly: orders, invoices, appointments and tasks, without the noise. You connect your own email account (Gmail or Outlook) and Beeylo reads your mail read-only to build that overview. Beeylo never sends or changes email on your behalf.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and the data you provide.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Beeylo.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your login details.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Free and paid
Beeylo has a free version and a paid subscription. The core: free gives you calm, the paid subscription makes sure you never miss a thing.

Payment, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription is paid in advance per month or per year via our payment provider. The prices shown include VAT.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel before then.
- You can cancel at any time. You keep access to Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
- After cancellation you automatically fall back to the free version. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- We may change our prices. We announce changes in advance and they only take effect at your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You use Beeylo only for your own, lawful purposes. You may not:
- misuse the service, overload it, or bypass its security;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app;
- access accounts or data that are not yours.
Your email and privacy
Beeylo reads your email read-only and solely to deliver the app's features to you. How we do this, how long we keep data and what rights you have is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your inbox at any time, after which we stop reading.
Availability and changes
Beeylo is actively being developed. We may add, change or remove features and interrupt the service from time to time for maintenance. We do our best to provide good availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Liability
Beeylo is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Termination
You can stop using Beeylo at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will let you know in the app or by email. The date at the top shows when the terms were last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law mandatorily provides otherwise.
