Beeylo helps you keep your email inbox clear. We pull the important things out of your mail (orders, invoices, appointments, tasks) and turn them into a calm overview, so you never miss anything and never have to search. To do this, we read your email with your permission. This policy explains exactly which data we use, why, how we protect it and what rights you have.

Which data we use

What we use it for

We use your email content solely to deliver these features to you. Not for advertising, not for profiling, and we never sell your data.

Limited Use: Google API Services Beeylo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Gmail data only to provide Beeylo's user-facing features, do not transfer that data to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, do not use that data for advertising, and do not let any human read your emails except with your explicit consent, for security, or where the law requires it.

AI processing

To summarize and organize your email we use Google's Gemini models via Vertex AI. Under our agreement, your data is not used to train AI models. Processing is automated; no human looks at it.

Where and how we store your data

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If your account becomes inactive and there is no ongoing subscription, we delete the raw content of your emails after 90 days. If you delete your account, we erase all of your data within 30 days. If you disconnect an inbox, the raw email content is deleted within 5 minutes.
