Delete your account

You can delete your Beeylo Business account at any time. This page explains how, with or without the app, and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Open the Beeylo app and go to Settings, at the very bottom.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read what will be removed and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. If you are the owner of a team with other members, hand over the ownership first. If you connected a mailbox that you share with your team, stop sharing it first. The app tells you when this applies.

Without the app

Cannot open the app? Email us from the address you use for Beeylo, with the subject “Account verwijderen”:

[email protected]

We check that the request comes from you and delete your account within one month.

What gets deleted

• your account and sign-in details;
• your connected mailboxes, including the stored passwords and sign-in tokens (for a Google mailbox, Beeylo also withdraws its access to your Google account);
• the mail Beeylo stored, your cases and replies, and the attachments it kept;
• what Beeylo knows about your business (your facts and documents);
• how you write: your examples, earlier replies and writing preferences;
• your signature and settings.

What stays

• Your mail in your own mailbox. Beeylo never removes it.
• Facts you shared with a team stay with that team. Your own facts are deleted.
• Copies in our database backups, which disappear as those backups are replaced.
